Every department's calls, in one place, by its own rules.
Queues per department, after-hours routing to the doctor on call, and one audit trail of every record opened.

Each new case finds its department.
Routing reads the case as it opens and drops it in the queue that takes it, before a nurse has to move anything.

What IT and compliance ask about first.
Staff who are patients too
An admin can restrict a record, such as a colleague's. Opening it takes emergency access, a reason and someone else's review.
Someone leaving
Deactivating them ends their sessions at once, refuses their tokens and unassigns their open cases.
Signing in
A second factor on every account, passwords checked against known breaches, and an idle sign-out your admin sets.
Your network
An admin can limit sign-in to your address ranges. A sign-in from anywhere else is refused and logged.
Your departments
Each is a queue with its members and the cases it takes. Nurses open on their own, and a case someone moved stays put.
Every read, search and export of patient data goes in an append-only log1, and each role opens only what its work needs.2
Start with one department.
We map its queues and routing with you, and connect your EHR read-only.
